Rural & Community Immigration Program (RCIP)
Canada’s Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) helped skilled workers settle in smaller Canadian communities. Following its success, the government launched the Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) in 2025—expanding access to new regions and keeping the focus on long-term local integration.
